This is an M22 JBI Mult-O Punch for Document Binding which came out of a commercial estate. It is made by James Burn International (JBI) of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and is used as a companion to the EB32 EasyBind which closes documents punched out with this Model M22 punch. The M22 punch cuts out an 11" length of 22 holes which are 1/4" in diameter so that your documents can be bound with either wire-o products (available on the web) or with other similar binding mechanisms. It retails for over $300, measures 6.5"x10"x15" and weighs 14 pounds.
