Terms and Conditions of Auction Sales

Our Relationship : We are acting as an agent for the owner of this item. We are providing a service to a person or company wishing to sell a vehicle/business or other item ("Item"). The description has come directly from the owner. We have done our best to make sure the description is as complete and accurate as possible however, NJAUCTION, LLC assumes no liability for misrepresentation by a seller. We will attempt to obtain all answers to any questions you may have.

We are not in possession of the Item. The sellers have given us a verbal commitment to leave the Item available for sale only to the successful eBay bidder. The final actions of the seller are, however, out of our control.

We try to locate quality merchandise that we like ourselves and would sell to a friend.  We guarantee our items are original, authentic, tested and not DOA (dead on arrival) unless specified otherwise.  We accept returns for an exchange or credit if an item is not as described.  We sell many used unique vintage and antique one of a kind items and they generally are not perfect and not every flaw can be detected or listed.  We prefer to exceed expectations so we generally describe an item to the best of our ability and do not overstate an item's condition.  Most customers over time have expressed to us that items are better than expected but in cases where a customer is unsatisfied we do try our best to resolve the issue.  For those customers that cannot be satisfied, we have a return policy.  Please ask all questions in advance and we will do our best to answer. Also please be advised that our items are subject to confirmation. In the small number of cases where we are unable to locate a particular product because it was either inadvertently sold and not removed from our inventory or simply misplaced in our inventory, your money will be immediately refunded. However it is our policy that if such item is located, you will be notified and granted first option to purchase the found item before it is re-listed.

Inspection : The Item is offered with the right to a personal inspection by the successful bidder before the transaction is finalized. The seller must receive a deposit of 5% of the final bid price prior to inspection and within 3 business days of the close of the auction. This deposit is refundable in the event the Item has been materially mis-represented by the seller. Inspections must be done within 7 days, otherwise it is assumed the Item is accepted without an inspection. Once the item is approved by the buyer (or 7 days have passed), the balance due must be paid to the seller. The Item being offered is in general old or used and are not perfect and not every flaw of the Item can be listed. Not mentioning a dirty engine, small dent or scratch, a light not working, etc... does not allow for refusal of a Item.

Payment : All funds must be in the form of a cashier's check, money order or a wire transfer. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please contact us for instructions.

Other Services & Fees : All Items offered are subject to applicable state title and tax laws. If you would like assistance in tax and title issues and transfer, you will be charged a small fee above your bid price by the appropriate third party. We reserve the right to verify bidders through the use of a third party contractor at anytime during the course of an auction, and act accordingly based on our findings to maintain the integrity of our auctions. These actions may include, but are not limited to running a credit check, cancelling bids, or ending auctions early.

Legal and Binding Contract : You the bidder are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the Item on the Ebay page. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase. To bid on this item, you must be a registered Ebay user. You may not use a friends account. If you only have negative feedback or bid retractions, do not bid on our auctions.

You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Legal guardians or parents of minors will be held responsible for their actions, and will be liable for all cost and/or damages including reasonable attorneys fees that may be incurred by malicious bidding. All successful buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the seller in the listing.

Auction interference along with deadbeat bidding and email/telephone harassment will be reported to Ebay and the appropriate authorities, and is subject to legal prosecution. NJAUCTION, LLC reserves the right to cancel this auction and may not be held liable for any present or future occurrences arising from cancellation.

Buyer must contact DSH1972@AOL.COM within 24 hours of auction end via e-mail to finalize sale. Otherwise, seller reserves right to sell Item at sellers discretion.
